How long will it take until I receive my order?

                      We offer over 7500 products online and stock approximately 2000 items in
                      our store.  Most orders are shipped within 2 weeks.
                      In some cases the manufacture/publisher may also be
                      out of stock; in this case we will keep the item on back order
                      unless you cancel this item.

 How do you ship?
                      We ship through the US Post Office & Fed X..  We ship First Class or Priority  mail on most items.
                      This takes 2 -3 days from our New York location.  Books go Media Rate.  We can ship your
                      order overnite, as long as you pay for the postage.

Can I return an item I do not like?

 
Yes, but first email jim@catholicshopper.com to request an RMA number and shipping instructions. A refund or store credit will be given for the amount of the item less a 15% restocking fee for items in original condition The following cannot be returned: custom or personalized items, apparel and vestments, solid gold, gold plated or gold filled items, and opened shrink wrapped items. 
 
If an item is defective due to materials or workmanship, we will replace it or refund the full item cost at our option.   In the case of shipping damage, we will file claims on insured shipments and refund the full amount of successful claims. 
 
All returns or claims must be initiated within 20 days of delivery by the shipper.
 
The RMA number should be shown on the outside of the returned package and on any enclosed documents.  Packages returned without an RMA number may be refused.
 
Certain medals and better Rosaries are covered by the manufacturers' lifetime warrantees.  We will assist or direct you to the appropriate contact at the manufacturer.
 


                     

When is my credit card charged?

  We charge your credit card only when we ship an item.  The email you receive after you place your order is only a confirmation that your order was submitted, your card is not charged at that time. Some items are shipped directly from the factory.  For these items, we will charge your card as we send your order to the factory.


                     

Do you take a check or money order?
                      Yes, we will even take stamps!  Choose the payment option "I will mail you
                      a check/MO"  Then send your payment to address on your receipt.  Please
                      put your order number on your check or enclose a copy of your order.
