Medium 7/8 inch medal on an 18 inch chain and Large 1 1/8 inch medal on a 24 inch chain. Size is measured from top of loop for chain to bottom of medal. Chains with sterling silver medals are stainless steel. Chains with gold filled medals are gold plated. Chain not included with 14K Gold medals. Select size and metal type:
